Your body’s Seera starts here

Seera is an Arabic word that means story, life path, and lived experience.

Your body carries a story long before you ever step onto a mat. Many of us arrive carrying habits we never chose, long hours sitting, stress that’s held in the shoulders, moving on autopilot, and pushing through discomfort because slowing down feels unfamiliar. Seera exists for the moment you decide to pause and do things differently.
Pilates helps you rebuild how your body moves. It improves posture, strengthens the core, increases mobility and balance, and teaches control instead of tension. With consistent practice, your body becomes more aligned, and movement feels lighter and more supported.

Here, beginners are supported step by step, so movement feels safe and easy to follow. Experienced clients are guided with precision so their practice grows deeper and stronger. Every session focuses on alignment control and awareness so your body learns to move better over time.

Let’s rewrite your body’s Seera.

Meet the Founder:
Maryam Chabo

My journey into movement actually started with a focus on the inside. I spent years studying nutrition at the University of Balamand, and as a licensed dietitian, I saw firsthand that health is never just one-dimensional. I realized that while what we eat matters, how we move matters just as much. True wellness only happens when both work together in harmony.

In 2020, I discovered Pilates, and it changed everything for me. It was the missing piece, the bridge between nourishing my body and finally learning how to move it with intention. That connection was so powerful that I knew I had to share it. I chose to deepen my practice, becoming a certified Pilates instructor through IFPA in 2025, focusing on movement that is guided by clarity, purpose, and genuine care.

I teach Pilates as a complete, intelligent system because I know that everybody has a different need. Whether we are building a strong foundation on the mat, finding precision on the Reformer, or using the Cadillac for deeper support, my goal is to respect the body in front of me.

For those days when you need a total release, I’ll meet you for an intense session on the hot mat.

This is the story I chose for my body. Now, I’m here to help you write yours.

What our clients say

Have Questions?
We've Got Answers.

1. Do I need previous pilates experience to join?
No experience is needed. Our sessions are guided clearly, and movements are adapted to suit different levels. If you are more experienced, you will still be supported and challenged in a way that fits your practice.
2. Are the sessions online or in-studio?
Both. Regular Mat Pilates and Gentle Flow Pilates are available online and in-studio. The rest are offered in-studio only.
3. How do I know which class is right for me?
If you are new to Pilates or returning after a break, Hot Mat, Regular Mat or Gentle Flow are great places to start. If you are looking for more structure, resistance, or personalized guidance, in-studio sessions like Reformer or private Cadillac Pilates may be a better fit. If you are unsure, I’m always happy to guide you.
4. Are Cadillac Pilates sessions private or group-based?
Cadillac Pilates sessions are offered as private, one-on-one sessions only. This allows the practice to be fully tailored to your body, goals, and needs.
5. What do I need to bring to class?
For in-studio sessions, just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Mats and equipment are provided. For online sessions, you will need a mat and a stable internet connection.
6. How do I book a session?
All sessions can be booked online through our schedule. Simply choose the class type, select your preferred time, and book your spot.
