Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Seera does not store your payment details and is not responsible for issues arising from payment processors.

By participating in Pilates sessions, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate in movement-based activities
  • You understand that Pilates involves physical exertion
  • You agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or limitations before participating

Seera is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information or from actions taken outside instructor guidance.

6. User Content

If you submit content to Seera, including messages, reviews, testimonials, or social media interactions, you grant Seera a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use this content for communication or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not violate the rights of others.
