No. Seera welcomes beginners and experienced clients alike. Sessions are guided and adapted to support different levels.
Sessions are available both online and in person, depending on your preference and location. I travel between Ghana and Lebanon, offering personalized Pilates experiences wherever you are — whether through virtual sessions or private in-person classes.

Sessions are guided by me, Maryam Chaabo, the founder of Seera and a certified Pilates instructor with a background in health and nutrition.
Regular Mat Pilates and Gentle Flow Pilates are available both online and in-studio. All online sessions are live and guided in real time.
Reformer Pilates, Hot Mat Pilates, Sculpt and Cadillac Pilates are offered in-person only.
Yes. Cadillac Pilates is offered as private sessions only to allow for fully guided and personalized practice.
If you prefer slower movement, Gentle Flow is a good option. If you want more strength work, Mat or Reformer Pilates may suit you better. You can always contact us for guidance.
Class duration depends on the session type. Usually 45 to 50 minutes, it might be 30 if its a gentle flow class.

No. Because the studio sessions and online classes have different setups and pricing, bundles are specific to where you choose to practice.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Mats and equipment are provided at the studio.
